FAT HEAD FARMS IS A HONEY FARM in the heart of the midwest….with beehives throughout the eastern side of Nebraska.

Brian & Kathy run their honey operation with the help of their “FAT HEAD” companions PorkChop, Harley and Queen…the three squishy bulldogs.

Their mission is to keep honeybees in the most natural way possible and to provide the local folks with honey like the good old days….like ‘grandpa’s honey”

Brian has been caring for bees since he was a young boy. HIS FATHER WAS A BEEKEEPER, HIS GRANDFATHER KEPT BEES, AND HIS GREAT GRANDFATHER WAS ALSO A KEEPER OF BEES….making him a 4th generation beekeeper. Brian is hardworking and ensures the girls are in good health and ready for the upcoming season.

Kathy has always been intrigued with the aspects of beekeeping since she was a young child. While living in the South she joined the trend of urban farming and becoming a beekeeper herself. KATHY’S EYE FOR AESTHETIC AND PRESENTATION PLACES THE BEAUTY OF THEIR PRODUCTS ON DISPLAY IN WAY THAT CAN’T GO UNNOTICED. She enjoys coming up with new creations and specialty products for the business.
