Our Mezcal Barrel-Aged Honey is aged for 6 months in freshly emptied mezcal barrels, soaking up deep, earthy notes with a subtle smokiness and a soft, agave-kissed finish. It’s rich without being heavy, and just unexpected enough to keep things interesting.

Drizzle it over grilled meats, roasted veggies, or anything with a little char. Add it to a cocktail if you’re feeling fancy, or pair it with citrus and cheese for a sweet-smoky balance that hits just right.
